A glittering Pueblo Mágico
Tepotzotlán lies a short distance north of Mexico City but seems worlds away from the noise and crowds. This Pueblo Mágico is best known for the glittering Temple of San Francisco Javier with its gold altars and the spectacular museum of colonial times, a real treasure waiting to be discovered.
A bit further away is the aqueduct, Acueducto de Xalpa, with its 43 arches on four levels. Tepotzotlán also a thriving market and arts and crafts.
